Puerto Los Cabos

Located on a pristine stretch of coastline along the Sea of Cortez, just east of the San Jose del Cabo estuary, Puerto Los Cabos is a 2,000 acre, master-planned, mixed-use resort community. The community encompasses gated residential neighborhoods, hotels, golf courses, a world-class marina with upcoming Marina Village, botanical and sculptural gardens, and the Puerto Los Cabos Club. The Club provides full service access for all homeowners with a complete suite of anticipatory service and unparalleled amenities.

As one of the most established resort destinations in Los Cabos we already have a sizable community. The balance of intimacy, personal connection and genuine relationships with other owners is what allures guests and potential owners and what truly sets us apart. Many of our owners stay for five or six months each season enhancing a sense of place that can only be found here, where time is measured by sunrises and sunsets.

Puerto Los Cabos is only a 20-minute drive from the airport conveniently located just minutes from Flora Farms and Acre restaurant and just 5 minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The list of amenities in Puerto Los Cabos luxury Cabo villas is rich and plentiful. This golf and marina resort community sits on 3-miles of stunning beach that includes a full-service, private beach club. There are four different, 5-star hotels that include high-end spas among other amenities. And each resort, more impressive than the next: Hotel El Ganzo, Secrets All-Inclusive Resort, JW Marriott, and more. Several renowned restaurants can be found throughout the grounds meaning food is never far away. Championship golf is right at your fingertips as there are (currently) 27-holes of meticulously designed world class golf within Puerto Los Cabos. Designed in tandem by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, this exquisite golf adventure plays along the beach, marina, through the mountains, along the hotel row, within the exclusive full-ownership communities of La Noria, El Altillo, and Fundadores; this Nicklaus course never lets players down. Also boasting a luxurious new golf club and expert practice facilities, Puerto Los Cabos golf is a hole-in-one. And if you have not experienced “comfort station” golf, this is the place to relish in the lap of luxury. Every 5 to 6 holes presents players with a variety of delicacies. From Baja fish tacos to chicken quesadillas, taquitos, sliders, hot dogs, and more; you can spend your day eating like a king, drinking like a fish and indulging in golf as you have never done before. Did we mention it’s all included in the rack rate? Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach and prepare for a day of plentiful libations.

Being just five minutes outside of downtown San Jose Del Cabo means you’re close to both the cultural and colorful downtown area as well as the airport. Renters and owners benefit from a myriad of exciting food and fare scattered around the area. Tourist favorite and consistently published in Forbes, Conde Naste and other well-known publications, Flora Farms is a farm-to-table experience for everyone. Known for weddings, fundraisers, Los Cabos’ own Best in Show Competition; Flora Farms is a must-visit for anyone new to the area. The property is a massive farm that encompasses locally grown produce where they use all of their own fruits and vegetables in their food and drink menus. They also host live music, cooking classes, and a variety of events throughout the year. And the property is always busy as the restaurant is built next to a timeshare/fractional ownership community of hay-bail homes.

If you find yourself eating at Flora Farms too often, then you need to experience the farm-to-table dining experience next door at Acre. In addition to being more contemporary with their design, they also offer treehouse hotel rooms and rammed earth suites for fractional ownership. They offer a great menu and sumptuous libations at their bar. Acre in San Jose del Cabo is also a great place for kids as they have a petting zoo at the back of the property. If you have the time, plan to spend your afternoon here as there is plenty to see and do at Acre Cabo.

And if you surf, Puerto Los Cabos is only a 15-minute drive from some of the most incredible surf breaks on the East Cape. Different areas always have waves that impress. From 9 Palms, to Old Mans, Punta Pefecta, and Shipwrecks… there are areas for beginners and more challenging waves for the experienced. We always recommend Zai sushi, which is an appreciated midway point for those driving to Cabo Pulmo for a day of deep-sea diving. However, if you’re a surfer and you ask nicely, Zai sushi will let you tear up the waves on their boards in between platters of sashimi, fresh fish cut rolls, and their very own smokey mezcal cocktails.
